Only hand-crafted items made by the exhibitor will be accepted.

Arts/Crafts are juried prior to acceptance. Photos of crafts must accompany your registration

The display space is approximately 12' x 12'.

You are not guaranteed the same booth location each year, although we do try to be accommodating.

Merchandise approval and booth assignment will be based on jury process. The decisions of Jury Committee are final.

Novelty items or carnival-type items will be allowed & placed in a separate area from the hand-crafted items.

No food or beverage items allowed.

Game booths associated with non-profit organizations will be allowed.

Commercial booth applications must include detailed list of items to be displayed or given away.

The festival reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone with questionable items.

There will be a limit to the number of spaces available for manufactured products of like nature. Spaces will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis.

Government/Political
Non-Member - $150 | Chamber Member - $100

Open to government agencies, persons running for a political office, representatives and organizations that provide services to city, county, or state.

Merchandise approval and booth assignment will be based upon Jury review.

Vendors must remain in booth space during the festival. No one is allowed to solicit in the crowd.


General Rules

Booth set-up time will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 27th. All booths must be set up and ready for operation by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 27th. Entry by car to the booth areas will be closed after 5 p.m. Booths must be open the entire festival time.

Only non-profit booths are authorized to operate games.


Booth Break-Down: You may break-down your booth on Saturday, August 28th any time after 9 p.m.. However, due to the number of people in the area, vehicles WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE BOOTH AREAS UNTIL THE AREA IS CLEARED OF ALL PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. You are also allowed to return to the park on Sunday morning, August 29th, after 9 a.m. to clear out your booth.

Display furnishings must be provided by the exhibitor who will be responsible for his/her goods at all times. Security will be provided both Friday and Saturday evenings.


Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for specific locations cannot be honored.

If electricity is required for your booth, please indicate that on the registration form. You must supply your own heavy-duty extension cords (at least 100 ft.). As electricity is limited, access will be made available on a priority basis.

Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking area immediately after setting up your booth. Camping overnight within Freeman Lake Park is not allowed. Contact the Tourism and Convention Bureau office in Elizabethtown, 800-437-0092 for information on area motels and/or campgrounds.


A parking fee will be charged to all persons entering Freeman Lake Park during the Kentucky Heartland Festival. Parking fees will be $2 per day per car. Every car entering the park will be required to pay the admission fee.

Applications must be accompanied by check or money order. Registration fee must be received by August 1, 2010 No refunds will be made after August 1, 2010.

Make check payable to The Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce. You will be notified of acceptance by mail or phone.
